1. Provider and scope
FreeBcklnk is operated by Ideen-Butze UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Aibinger Straße 7, 96179 Rattelsdorf, Germany. These terms govern use of the website and its listing, dashboard and sponsorship-request functions.
2. Free listings
Eligible users may submit a business website for a free directory listing. A listing may include the submitted company name, domain, category and description, together with an automatically retrieved website icon and a backlink to the submitted website.
Free submission does not guarantee a particular search-engine position, traffic level, number of clicks, indexing time or permanent availability.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure and use the account only in a lawful manner. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
4. Your listing content
You confirm that you are entitled to submit the website and content and that the listing does not infringe third-party rights, mislead visitors, distribute malware, facilitate unlawful activity or contain abusive or discriminatory material.
You grant us the non-exclusive rights necessary to display, format and distribute the submitted listing through FreeBcklnk. You retain your rights in the submitted content.
5. Review and removal
We may review, reject, suspend or remove listings that violate these terms, create security or reputational risks, are technically broken, or are otherwise unsuitable for the directory. You can remove your own listing from the dashboard.
6. Sponsored placement requests
Sponsored placement is available only after a separate request and confirmation. Placement duration, timing, price and any additional conditions are agreed before activation. Sending a request alone does not create a paid placement.
7. Performance information
Dashboard figures report impressions and outbound clicks recorded by FreeBcklnk. They are operational indicators, not audited analytics, and may be affected by automated traffic, technical interruptions or filtering. They do not represent a promise of business results.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statutory liability remains unaffected in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or where liability cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, liability is limited in accordance with applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
